All sales are final
All Yoga Physics Inc. online courses and offerings are non-refundable. This includes D2R: The Business of Yoga, D2R Biz: Alumni, D2R Biz: 1:1, the Yoga Sutras Webinar, DeConstruct to ReConstruct, Yoga Student Training, the Year Long Weekly Asana Practice Pass, YST Philosophy Essentials, D2R Anatomy Essentials, Ten Slides to Sold Out, THE SHIFT, D2R Mini Pop-Up Workshops, YST Mini Pop-Up Workshops, D2R Biz: Mini Pop-Up Workshops, all add-ons and upgrades, and all other online course and workshop offerings, current and future.

NO REFUNDS will be given once participants have registered. Because course materials are digital and access is delivered at the time of purchase, refunds are not given for any reason, including not attending live sessions, not watching the recordings, not completing the work, schedule changes, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the course.

Payment plans
When registering for the course, if a payment plan has been chosen, the full amount is due and cannot be cancelled early. Payment plans are financing options that spread out the cost of the course, and payment plans are NOT subscriptions. No cancellations of payment plans will be accommodated. If a payment fails, it will be retried, and access to the course may be paused until your account is current. The remaining balance stays due whether or not you continue to use the course.

Chargebacks and payment disputes
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase covered by this policy is a breach of these terms. Access to all Yoga Physics courses will be suspended while a dispute is open, and Yoga Physics will provide your purchase records and agreement to this policy to your bank or card issuer.

Add-ons with a deadline
Add-ons that require a submission, such as carousel reviews, must be used within the time stated at purchase. Add-ons that aren’t used within that window expire and are non-refundable.

Sales, discounts and pricing
Prices and promotions change. No partial refunds, credits or price adjustments will be given if a course is offered at a lower price after your purchase, and payments for one course cannot be credited toward another.

Access and changes to courses
Access to course materials does not include unlimited access to Alex. Live session dates and times may occasionally shift, and recordings will be provided. Yoga Physics may update, reorganize or retire course content over time. Courses are for the purchaser’s personal use only, and accounts are non-transferable. Anyone removed from a course for violating the usage terms, including sharing or reproducing course content, will not receive a refund.

Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount because of a billing error, contact us and we’ll correct it.
